ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not use any products or services available on this Website and should leave the Website immediately.

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You agree not to use the Website in any manner that could damage its performance, corrupt its content, or otherwise reduce its overall functionality.
  • You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to access restricted areas or sensitive information.
  • You agree to be fully responsible for any claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, and costs, including legal fees, incurred by us as a result of your breach of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

MODIFICATION

MyVietnamVisa.com reserves the right to amend any part of this agreement without prior notice, and your continued use of the Website will be regarded as acceptance of those changes. We recommend that users review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

We may, at our sole discretion, modify or remove any part of this site at any time without notice or liability.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For Visa on Arrival Application

We apply a no-refund policy to all Vietnam visa applications submitted through our website. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your visa application with MyVietnamVisa.com, you should contact us immediately to avoid any unnecessary costs. Once an approval letter has been sent to your email address, the visa fee is non-refundable.

You must provide all correct information required for your requested visa based on your intended departure. MyVietnamVisa.com is not responsible for any incorrectly granted visa, refused entry due to incorrect visa details, or any resulting losses. Although we will make every reasonable effort to resolve visa issues before departure, no refund will be issued if false or incorrect information was provided at the time of submission. We strongly advise you to verify your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal details before departure.

This visa applies to air travel only. By applying through our website, you agree that you will enter Vietnam by air in order to receive the visa stamp. No refund will be given if you do not enter Vietnam by air after your visa has been approved.

All fees will be refunded if your application is declined. Depending on your card issuer, the refund process may take 7-10 working days and, in some cases, up to 15 working days.

For E-visa Application

Expedited e-visa

  1. The expedited e-visa service fee does not include the 25 USD government e-visa fee.
  2. The expedited e-visa service fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases.

New E-visa application

  1. The e-visa application available on our website is for tourism purposes only. If you require a business visa or any other visa type, please do not proceed.

  2. All fees related to the e-visa application process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Refunds will only be issued if a customer's e-visa application is rejected by the relevant authorities. No refunds will be provided in any other situation.

VOCABULARY

Date format: dd/mm/yyyy - 12th June 1980

Time Zone: Vietnam standard time - GMT +7

Working days: All weekdays except Saturday and Sunday.

Working hours: 8.00 AM to 16.00 PM on every working day.

Multiple / Single entry: Multiple refers to multiple entries, not multiple applicants.

Multiple entries: means you are permitted to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times within a specified period (1, 3 or 6 months). For example, a 6-month multiple entry visa means you may enter and exit Vietnam multiple times from the arrival date provided in the application form on our website and continue doing so for 6 consecutive calendar months.

Estimated delivery time:

The estimated visa delivery time is based on our on-time performance over the last 30 days and may be affected by factors beyond our control. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of your visa. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or additional document requirements. Please note that fees are not refundable in the event of delays. If possible, we advise you not to book your flight until you have received your visa.

Note: If your visa is delayed by more than 24 hours beyond the expected delivery time, you will receive a full refund.

PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION

Under normal circumstances, processing takes 2-3 working days, counted from the next business day after you make payment and notify us with your payment receipt. In special cases, additional documents may be required and the processing time may be longer than usual. If that happens, we will notify you by email.

Our service is considered completed once the e-visa has been sent to the email address provided during the application process. If you do not receive the e-visa within the expected timeframe, it is your responsibility to notify us by email. If you fail to inform us within 3 days, the service will be regarded as completed. We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect email addresses or by your failure to notify us that the e-visa was not received by email.

Once the service has been completed and the e-visa has been sent to the applicant, the applicant's information and records will be automatically deleted from our system. MyVietnamVisa.com shall not be held liable for any issues or claims related to personal data or privacy after that point.

FORCE MAJEURE

If any event beyond reasonable control occurs, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, global pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, government orders or regulations, policy changes, accidents, storms, or similar events, which may result in the refusal of entry for certain nationalities, we will not be responsible for any related travel costs arising from the inability to enter the country. Any completed service will remain non-refundable.

E-Visa Amendment

An e-visa cannot be changed once it has been issued, so please check all information carefully before submitting your application. Any correction request must be made within 15 minutes after submission. After that, applicants must submit a new e-visa application in order to make any changes.

E-Visa Validity Date

The e-visa will be valid for one month starting from the entry date you provide on our application form, not from the date you actually arrive in Vietnam.

BUSINESS VISA

Visa on arrival is valid for TOURISM purposes only. By applying through our website, you agree that you will use the approval letter for tourism purposes. If you wish to request a business visa approval letter, please select "Business" on our application form.

DISCLAIMERS

  • We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of flight tickets, tours, or accommodation bookings for your trip to Vietnam if your e-visa application is refused, delayed, or cannot be delivered on time as expected. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid to us.
  • Under normal circumstances, e-visas are processed within 5-7 working days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or system-related issues. We strongly recommend that you apply for your e-visa at least 1-2 weeks before your intended travel date to avoid possible issues.
  • The estimated e-visa delivery time is provided for reference only and depends on processing by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Delays may occur due to public holidays, technical issues, or requests for additional documents. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or expense resulting from such delays.
  • Applicants are responsible for carefully checking all details on their e-visa after it is issued. If any error is found, the applicant must notify us immediately. If the error was caused by us, we will assist in correcting the e-visa free of charge. If the error was caused by the applicant, a new e-visa application must be submitted and the full fee will apply. Processing a new e-visa may require additional working days. We are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by incorrect information provided by the applicant.
  • We reserve the right to reject new visa requests or cancel applications already submitted through our website. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Even if your e-visa is approved, entry into Vietnam remains subject to the final decision of immigration officers at the port of entry. Travelers may be refused entry if they have previously violated immigration regulations, overstayed a previous visa, or do not meet the entry requirements. In such cases, we will only refund the service fee paid for the e-visa application.
  • This website is NOT affiliated with the Vietnamese government. The information provided may change without prior notice. Although we make every effort to keep the content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information is fully current or free from errors. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information published on this website.

  • Please note that holding a valid e-visa does NOT guarantee entry into Vietnam. The final decision belongs solely to the immigration authorities at the port of entry. If you are denied entry despite having a valid e-visa, our company will only refund the amount paid for the e-visa service. We disclaim any further liability for additional costs, losses, or inconvenience.

  • Error on E-Visa Application

    Please review all information in your e-visa (EV) application carefully before and after submission. If you notice any errors, you must notify us within 1 hour after submission. After that period, we will not be responsible for incorrect information supplied by the applicant.
