How to apply for expedited processing of a pending e-visa
Before applying for expedited processing, you must make sure that you have already submitted your e-visa application on the official website (evisa.gov.vn) and that its status is either “in processing” or “amended application”.
You may use this service in either of the following cases:
- You already applied on the official website, but your travel date is close and you cannot wait for the standard 3-working-day processing time.
- You applied more than 3 working days ago, but your application is still in “under processing” status because corrections are required.

Notes:
- For the emergency 1.5-working-hour and 2.5-working-hour services, applications must be submitted before 15:00 Vietnam time.
- Please check your e-visa status on the official website (https://evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search) before placing an order, as your e-visa may already have been issued even if you did not receive a notification email from the Immigration Office.
- Before we proceed, we will also check your application status. If it is already at the “acceptance” stage, we will issue a full refund to your account.
- Since you applied on the official website, you may receive the result from them first. We will then email you a copy of your e-visa as well.
How to apply for a new emergency e-visa
