Frequently asked questions, answered
I’ve received my e-visa; is it acceptable to present it on my mobile phone at immigration?
In urgent situations, showing the e-visa on your phone may be accepted by the airline and immigration officers at the Vietnam airport. However, whenever possible, we highly recommend printing the visa before your trip to avoid any potential issues.
My e-visa status shows as “approved,” but I haven’t received it via email yet. What should I do?
When the status changes to “approved,” it means the e-visa has been sent to your email. Please double-check if the email address you provided is correct, and be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the e-visa, kindly email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to resend the document.
